We’re always keen to hear from talented and capable people who are interested in working with us, particularly Cambodian nationals.

SeeBeyondBorders has a relatively small workforce, the majority of whom are employed in Cambodia, involved in implementing our education programs. We also have a small number of staff in our Australian and Irish offices where they’re largely involved in administration, finance and fundraising. Approximately one quarter of our workforce is made up of volunteers.

Teaching Development Officer-Literacy

The Teaching Development Officer - Literacy will work directly with the SeeBeyondBorders’ Literacy Team to implement the early grade Literacy project in Kralanh and Srei Snam Districts of Siem Reap Province. The Literacy project includes the development of literacy lessons based on an integrated literacy approach, supporting teachers in implementing the lessons and engaging with the school and school community.
