Established in 2009, SeeBeyondBorders Australia (SBB Australia) was the first SBB entity to come into operation. Since 2009 SBB Australia has achieved accreditation with the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP) and is an active member of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) and has registration with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (13159193638).
Today together with SBB Ireland and SBB UK, it supports SBB Cambodia to work in partnership with Cambodian educators and improve learning outcomes for Cambodian children.
SBB Australia is proudly supported by the Australian Government through the ANCP Program. The funding received through ANCP currently supports three of our interconnected projects: Literacy, Educational Technology and Educational Changemakers, of which more information can be found here. We thank them for their continued support.
"I am really pleased to see the amazing work SBB is doing in schools. It is exciting to see firsthand the impact that the improvement of teacher training has on the lives of Cambodian students. Education can change lives. We are really proud to support SBB"
Justin Whyatt Australian Ambassador to Cambodia on his visit to SBB in 2023
